Refund policy

If for any reason the pieces you bought do not meet your expectations, let me know, I will work with you to make it right!

If you for some reason have a change of heart and want to cancel your custom order, make sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can cancel the order before it has been designed and cut. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been cut or shipped. 

Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin to process your items. Due to the nature of these orders and the work invested in creating these one-of-a-kind items, if you would like to cancel or return a custom design, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the item. Please note, that refunds do not include or cover shipping costs and Tax requests. Return window is up to 90 days. 

Please keep in mind that any design modifications and special requests made after your order has been submitted might delay your delivery date.
